GB Career Clarity Advisory provides career counselling, psychometric assessments, stream selection guidance, career planning, educational advisory services, and related guidance to assist individuals in making informed educational and career decisions.
All recommendations are advisory in nature and are intended to support informed decision-making. They should not be interpreted as guarantees of admission, scholarships, academic performance, employment, career success, or any specific future outcome.
The services provided by GB Career Clarity Advisory are educational and advisory in nature.

Psychometric assessments are one component of the career planning process and should be considered alongside academic performance, interests, aspirations, abilities, family circumstances, financial considerations, and other relevant factors.
The final decision regarding subject selection, college admissions, career choices, employment, or any other educational decision remains solely with the client and/or parent or guardian.
The quality of career guidance depends significantly upon the accuracy of information provided by the candidate.
By participating in any assessment or counselling programme, the client agrees to:
Answer all assessment questions honestly and independently.
Provide accurate personal, academic, and career-related information.
Complete assessments without assistance from parents, teachers, friends, AI tools, or any external source unless specifically instructed.
Participate actively during counselling sessions.
Understand that inaccurate, manipulated, or incomplete responses may reduce the validity and usefulness of the recommendations provided.
The client acknowledges that recommendations are based upon the information supplied during the counselling and assessment process.
Psychometric assessments and reports are intended as guidance tools.
Assessment reports should be interpreted together with:
Academic performance
Personal interests
Aptitude
Personality
Family circumstances
Individual aspirations
Counsellor guidance
Assessment reports are not intended to predict future success with certainty.
Counselling sessions are scheduled subject to mutual availability.
Appointment confirmations will be shared through agreed communication channels.
Clients are encouraged to request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Assessment links are generally shared within 1–2 business days after successful registration and payment.
Reports are generally available within 3–7 business days after assessment completion, subject to assessment platform processing timelines.
GB Career Clarity Advisory aims to respond within:

Appointment requests: Within 2 business days
Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or exceptional circumstances.
Fees for assessments, counselling sessions, and related services are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' prior notice.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Fees paid for psychometric assessments are non-refundable once:
the assessment link or code has been issued,
the assessment has been accessed,
the assessment has been started, or
the assessment has been completed.
Fees are non-refundable once the counselling session has been conducted.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
If GB Career Clarity Advisory cancels a scheduled service, the client will be offered either:
a mutually convenient rescheduled appointment, or
a full refund for the affected service.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending upon banks or payment service providers.
GB Career Clarity Advisory respects the privacy of every client.

Information is collected solely for providing career counselling, psychometric assessments, educational guidance, and related services.

Trusted third-party providers (including assessment platforms, payment gateways, website hosting providers, communication platforms, scheduling tools, or technology partners) may process information only to the extent necessary to deliver the requested services.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards are implemented to protect client information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain professional records.
Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
Where services are provided to individuals under the age of 18 years, information will be processed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian wherever applicable.
All website content, counselling materials, reports, assessment materials, graphics, text, presentations, templates, and resources remain the intellectual property of GB Career Clarity Advisory or their respective owners.
These materials are provided solely for the personal use of the client and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GB Career Clarity Advisory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from:

counselling services,
assessment reports,
recommendations,
technical interruptions,
third-party platforms, or
decisions taken by clients based upon the guidance provided.
While every effort is made to provide uninterrupted services, availability may occasionally be affected by technical issues, internet outages, maintenance activities, third-party platform disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
GB Career Clarity Advisory shall not be liable for any delay or failure in providing services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, labour disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
GB Career Clarity Advisory reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use and related policies at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and shall apply from their effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
