Refunds & Cancellation

At GB Career Clarity, we strive to provide high-quality career counselling and assessment services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by Client

   • Counselling sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' prior notice.

   • Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling.

2. Refund Policy

   • Fees paid for psychometric assessments are non-refundable once the assessment has been activated, accessed, or completed.

   • Fees paid for counselling sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

   • Refund requests for services not yet delivered will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. No-Show Policy

   • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Service Cancellation by GB Career Clarity

   • In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by GB Career Clarity, the client will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund for the affected service.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

   • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
